Christmas Deliveries 2021

Next working day delivery on all UK Orders placed before 2pm. Order by the 23rd December 2021 before 1pm to get to you by the 24th December 2021.

13.    Delivery
13.1    All Goods purchased through Our Site will normally be delivered within 3 working days to a UK address but can take up to a max of 30 calendar days in extreme circumstances. If you select a quicker option for shipping then this will be specified in the description of said option. You will have 14 days to return this from the date of delivery for a full refund. (Please see full description below)
13.2    We will not be responsible for delays that are outside of our reasonable control. If delivery is delayed for such a reason, We will inform you as soon as possible and will take steps to minimise the impact of the delay.

13.3 If there is a risk of a substantial delay to delivery, you may contact Us to end the Contract and will be refunded any sums paid for Goods that you have not received.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We will always normally refund as stated but we do have the right to refuse a refund due to certain reasons under British law.

Damaged Items

Please note that you must report any damage to the item within 7 day of delivery, so please check your items as soon as possible. After this time it will be a discretionary decision by Bombki looking at all the facts presented.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless your item arrives damaged).
